During each session, I enjoy working closely with my patients, listening deeply to their needs, and working together to develop a comprehensive nutrition care plan that addresses the root of the problem, meets them where they are, and is personalized to their needs and goals.

As an Integrative Clinical Nutritionist, I believe in the power of food as medicine and root-cause methodology to support my patients optimal health, to prevent and manage chronic diseases, and to promote wellness.

My approach utilizes an expanded toolkit of evidence-based Integrative and Functional Nutrition practices and can be employed to support a wide range of conditions.

About Me

Outside of my work with patients, I spend as much time outdoors as possible and love going on adventures!

My family and I are avid gardeners with dreams of having a homestead someday!

Most weekends, you can find me at the yoga studio, experimenting in the kitchen with new foods and recipes, or outside with my hands in the soil or in the woods.

I am passionate about volunteering and supporting local food-system initiatives.
